Yes. All included materials are kid friendly and non-toxic. We also avoid small parts for younger age groups unless clearly stated.

Most kits come with everything you need. If a kit requires additional tools like scissors, glue, or markers, it will be clearly stated on the label and instructions.

Yes. Every kit includes a step-by-step printed guide and a QR code linking to a YouTube video tutorial made just for that kit.

Each month, you’ll receive a new themed art kit, complete with materials, instructions, and video access.

The kits rotate in style and technique to keep it fresh and fun.

Kits are individually adjusted based on your child’s submitted artwork and engagement.

We review each child’s creative development and send kits that gradually introduce new techniques, challenges, or variations to match their pace. This way, every kit supports continuous growth, while still being fun and age appropriate.

Yes, you can pause, skip a month, or cancel anytime through your account settings before the next billing date.

We try to avoid unnecessary duplication. If common tools (like glue or scissors) are included, they are usually optional. We may offer a “no-tools” version in future updates.

Subscribers receive 4 or 8 home-based art activities per month, depending on the plan.

Each kit helps children build art understanding and creativity through hands-on exploration. You’ll also receive personalized feedback from an art education specialist based on your child’s submitted artwork.

Yes, we offer international shipping.

All kits are made to order. Please allow 3–4 business days for production before shipping.

• Delivery time after shipping depends on your location — usually 1–3 business days within Singapore.
• Subscriptions are shipped in batches during the first week of each month.

• Singapore: SGD 3.9/ Free shipping on orders over SGD $30. 
• International: Fees vary by destination country.
• Below thresholds: Shipping is auto-calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Tracking is included for all shipments.

At the moment, we do not offer same-day delivery or self-pickup options.

Yes. We offer gift options with personalised messages and gift-ready packaging — perfect for birthdays or special occasions.

Due to the nature of craft kits and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. However, if your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, we’ll make it right.

Yes, but note our kits are made to order. Once production starts, a 40% cancellation fee applies.
